Unfortunate Outsourcing Sweetie Delay

Monday, October 29th, 2007

Still busy here and vigorously planning Outsourcing Sweetie for a November launch.  Unfortunately, we have hit a snag in the implementation of the members area and it pains me to say that we won’t be ready for the scheduled November 1st launch.

If you’ve worked with me for any amount of time, you’ll know that it REALLY isn’t like me not to deliver what I say I can, so I do hope that I have your forgiveness and patience
on this. Rest assured that plans for Outsourcing Sweetie are moving forward, but due to technological difficulties in the membership set up, the launch needs to be delayed.

Interestingly enough, there was a way for us to launch on November 1, but it would have been at the potential loss of some cookies in our affiliate program. As I told Lynette, who completely agrees with me, I am not WILLING to risk any loss for affiliates who have been working so hard with us already. Therefore, we are postponing the launch and ensuring everything is in perfect order.

We are now at at a tentative launch date of November 15 and I will keep you up-to-date the whole way through. In addition, in our attempt to keep your referrals excited about outsourcing and keep the launch momentum going, I will have a follow-up to the  interview from last week. After the release of the interview, I received a number of  questions and I’ll have a report ready to give to your referrals who have already signed up for the launch list PLUS, I’ll give you the details to give the report out to your list too…giving you an opportunity for even more referrals.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Free Outsourcing Training for Your Readers

Tuesday, October 23rd, 2007

As promised, I have another goodie fooutsourcing trainingr readers to help them become knowledgeable and excited about outsourcing. This is an in-depth audio interview, complete with transcripts. It was intended to be an actual part of the finished product, but my goal is to have people as knowledgeable as possible before we launch in November.

To make your links to this recording, please go here.

Some affiliates have been asking for more information about the product, so they can craft their promotions. At this point, I really want you to focus on giving out the goodies, so your readers are educated and ready to start outsourcing for the November 1 start date. You don’t need to sell them on the product at this point.

But for your own information, we are looking at a fairly complex membership set up where I actually give members access to my own personal team of contractors. Included in their membership, they will receive graphics, web design, administrative, programming and content creation services. Plus, they’ll receive ongoing training and support to help them outsource effectively, manage their business and train their contractors.

That is the “limited-access membership offering that will provide you with $40+ monthly recurring commissions” that I mentioned in my last email.

And the next part is TOP SECRET, so definitely keep it under wraps:

When the main membership is closed to new members, there will be a downgraded membership available on which you’ll receive an 80% commission. That way, there is no worry that you’ll promote the membership and when it’s full, you’re out of luck for more commissions. This will be an ongoing thing.

Again, for best results, concentrate on giving out the freebies for now. We’ll do the push for the paid product next week after your readers have learned that they need to start outsourcing…and how to do it effectively.

Important Outsourcing Sweetie UPDATE!

Monday, October 15th, 2007

Just emailed to affiliates…

Here’s an important update for the upcoming Outsourcing Sweetie launch. Please read it through in its entirety as I want to make sure you are completely up to speed on how everything will be rolling out.

First, I wanted to apologize that it seems like foooorever for this thing to get out there, but I promise it’s going to be worth it and there is a very good reason for the delay. I promise - the end result is going to be better for you AND for your referrals.

Here’s what happened…

From talking to people, I am hearing more and more about how DIFFICULT it is to find the right people and training them.

That’s why I decided that it was one thing if Outsourcing Sweetie could TEACH people HOW TO outsource, but a whole lot BETTER if I could do a lot of the hard work for them.

That’s exactly what Outsourcing Sweetie WILL do for people. We are going to make the finding people and training them dead simple. This is pretty exciting stuff!

So now we are scheduled for a FIRM November 2 public launch…so mark it on your promotion calendar. :-)

As an Affiliate, Here’s What You Can Expect:

Public Launch Date: November 2, 2007

1. There will be a limited-access membership offering that will provide you with $40+ monthly recurring commissions.

2. When membership is full/closed, a stand-alone product will be sold on which you’ll earn an 80% commission.

Here’s What to Do in the Meantime:

As I mentioned, the PUBLIC launch date is November 2. On November 1st, anyone who has subscribed to my “Outsourcing Sweetie Tips” will get a 24 hour head start on the full-service membership.

That means you want to get as many people signed up as possible, so they can get advance notice of the launch and you get credit for the sale. It’s that easy.

Here are some links to help you do that now:

Coming Next Week: Another Goodie for Your Readers:

Next week, I’ll have an audio interview plus full transcripts to share with your readers. This is really in-depth stuff and was originally supposed to part of the PAID course, but now that the format has changed we’ll be handing it out for free.

I’ll email you about that soon. For now, give out the freebie guide and tips as mentioned above…and keep getting people EXCITED about outsourcing, so they’ll be geeked for
the November 2 launch.

If you need any help…just shout!
